1. VCShine is a directory and isn't a party to any dealings between you and a listed business.
2. No endorsement or guarantee: listings are provided "as is", and accuracy isn't guaranteed. Verify licensing, insurance and pricing with the business.
3. Owners who add or claim a listing confirm they're authorized to represent the business and that the information is accurate. We may edit, decline or remove misleading listings.
4. No false, defamatory or illegal content, fake reviews, spam, scraping or disruption.
5. You keep ownership of what you submit and give us permission to display it with your listing.
6. We aren't responsible for third-party sites.
7. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. These terms may change; continuing to use the site means you accept them.
9. California law applies; venue is Ventura County.
