How listings get on VCShine

We add businesses using publicly available information (business websites, public business listings and similar sources), and owners can submit their own business. Owners can claim a listing to confirm or update it.

No pay-to-rank

Organic listings aren't ordered by who pays us. If we offer paid or featured placements, they're clearly labeled "Featured" or "Sponsored".

Reviews

We never write, buy or post fake reviews or ratings. If VCShine shows reviews, they come from real customers or are clearly attributed to their source.

Accuracy and corrections

Details like hours, services and prices change. Spot an error? Tell us through the Contact page and we'll look into it. Owners can update a claimed listing at any time.

Removal requests

Owners can ask us to remove their listing by contacting us from an email or phone connected to the business.

Independence

A listing isn't an endorsement or guarantee. Always confirm licensing, insurance and pricing directly with the business.
