What we collect
Information you give us (name, email, phone, message) when you use a form, create an account, add or claim a listing, or contact us; business listing details from public sources or owners; and basic technical data (device, browser, pages visited, approximate location) collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
To respond to requests and manage listings and accounts; to operate, secure and improve the site; and to send updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe any time.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (website and CRM platform, email and SMS delivery, analytics), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users.
Text messages
If you agree to texts, message frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
Email info@vcshine.org to access, correct or delete your information. California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We don't sell personal information and won't discriminate against you for using these rights.
Children
VCShine is not directed to children under 13.
